Working principle
In the drying process, hot ait with constant temperature is blown
by a blower into a hopper to dry the materials.
Moisture will be separated out and taken away by hot air, thus to
gain a satisfied drying effect.
Air blown out of blower became high temperature drying air after
being heated. Through screen protector and
hole sceen, hot air can be equably dispersed in the material of
storage tank. Hot air recycler is optional so the
air enter drying blower after being filtered to form a closed loop
circle and save electricity.
Standard configuration
1. All material contact parts are made of stainless steel to
eliminate material contamination.
2. Stainless steel mirror surface hull features with pleasant
appearance and no color-changing for a long-term use.
3. Hinged hopper construction for easy opening and easy cleaning.
4. Low noise blower.
5. Both material tank and base installed with material-viewing
window.
6. Curve heating cylinder designed to avoid the burning caused by
powder pile.
7. Installed with proportional deviation display thermostat,to
control temperature accurately.
8. Adopts heat-insulated blower to prolong blower lifespan.
9. Overheat and overload protector are standard equipment.

Hot air recyclers
Work with hopper dryer to make the hot air form a semi-hermetic
circulated loop and has feature as below:
- Hot air recycling and circulating so avoid indoor temperature rise
up.
- Keep air in factory clean and insure good product quality.
- Heating by fast hot air circulation can low down energy consumption
to 40%.
Material storage tank
Customized tank available for all sized of stainless steel hopper.
Dust collector
Additional dust collector installed to avoid plastic particles
splashing and provide a clean environment.
Magnetic separator
Inserts at the lower cone bottom, filter out iron mixed with raw
materials, optional model available.
Suction box
For standing type hopper dryer, easy for material suction and
discharge.
Support frame
