5 gallon Water Bottling Line Automatic Online Bottle Brusher JNWS-1 ( Inside and Outside Bottle Washing)

Working principle:

Enclosed working mode avoids water leaking outside. The photoelectric switch get the signal once the empty bottle going into the brusher, and make the PLC to radiate out orders, block the empty bottle by bottle blocking cylinder, fix it on the brush wheel by positioning system. And then brush wheel will drive the empty bottle rotating and rubbing against the brush to clean the bottle for seconds, and then the positioning system, bottle blocking cylinder would return to their original position. The empty bottle would move on to be cleaned by clean water in the cleaning pathway, and then goes into the follow machine to finish the next process. High speed rotation bottle cleaning, 4-6 cycles of bottle brushing, brusher and water sprayer combination enhance the efficiency of bottle cleaning.
