Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is a new type of high molecular
elastomer with excellent heat aging resistance, high insulation
performance and excellent weather resistance. It can withstand high
temperatures of 260 degrees and withstand low temperatures of -50
degrees. E-glass fiber has high tensile strength and long service
life.
UPSE-8732D160 is the basic glass fiber coated with 80g silicone
rubber on both sides, total weight is 590g/m2, and 0.45mm thick.
Satin weave is a three by one interlacing, where a fill yarn floats
over three warp yarns and under one.The four-harness satin is more
pliable than the plain weave and easier to conform to curved
surface typical in reinforced plastics.
