A: If you need to order samples for checking, we would not like to
ask you to pay for the samples,but need pay the courier freight. We
send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment. If you
have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect
samples from our company or send us the courier cost to our
account.
2. Q: How much the Courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size
and your area.
3. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please leave your contact way Such as Email /Wechat/ Trade
manager to us. We will contact to you and pass our quotation sheet
to you.
4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your
products or the package?
A: Yes, you can. Logo or imprints can be printed on our products.
The minimum quantity for printing is depends on the products. You
can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you
want your logo and company name to be printed on the package for
the products (custom design package). Such as gift box and paper
card, the MOQ need to discuss. You can send us the artwork by email
in JPG/TIF/AI/EPS/TIFF or CorelDraw formats.
5. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes, We can arrange transportation by Express, by sea or by air.
6. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of L/C/ T/T.
7. Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: Depends on the products, Usually 12 months.
8. Q: How can we become your sole distributor?
A: If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD 20,000 per month,
you could be one of our distributors in your city or area. If you
can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month. You
could be our sole distributor in the country.
