1. Which alcohol can use this kind of chiller?
Normally the liquor above 30% degree can used this chiller for cooling.

2. What's the lowest temperature does the machine could cool down to?How about the capacity?
It can cool down to -8C--~-10C within 45 minutes, if you give it more time, it can cool down to -15C or more.The capacity is 1.8L.

3. How long does it take for the machine cool to -8C?
Within 30- 45 minutes at an ambient temp under 30 centigrade degree. If ambient temp is highe r than 30 centigrade degree, then the time will be a little longer.

4. Can the machine cool 2 different liquors?
Of course, this is a liquor chiller machine with double tank inside and two tap outside. So you can cool two different kinds of liquor and serve them at the same time. As this model have two temperature controller, so you can set different temperature in each tank.
