1.This extrusion line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced
hose, the wall of which is three layers, the
outer layer and the inner layer both are soft PVC hose, the middle
layer is Terylene fibernetwork, which has
good chemical and physical property. It is mainly used for the
transfer of oil, air,water,high pressure or
corrosive gas, chemical, agriculture irrigation and building.
2. The production line is used in producting pvc reinforced pipe,
which is widely used in the fields of
industry,agriculture, forest, architecture etc. Completed with two
single screw extruders, one yarn braid
machine and other auxiliary.
3.With different dies,it can produce different soft pipes.The PVC
Fiber Reinforced Flexible Pipe, also referred
to grid pipe or snake skin pipe, is widely used to convey the
middle pressure or corrosive gas and liquid.
