Description:
Vican explosionproof mortor control station are rugged and compact
complete system,China National CN Ex certified for use in Zone 1 or
Zone 2 areas where motor circuit protection is required. Vican
explosion proof motor starters can be line motors starters or
combination motor starters for hazardous applications. The line
starters and enclosures are used for manual and magnetic
across-the-line starting of motors, and remote and manual starting
and stopping,motor protection. The combination magnetic line
starters and enclosures are used for across-the-line motor
starting, motor and line protection, and start-stop operations,
motor disconnect for your equipment.
Enclosure material is ABS which is lightweight, corrosion resistant
Exposed fastener is stainless steel.
Components include: MCB (Miniature circuit breakers), AC Contactor,
Thermal overload relay, indicator.
Red and green pushbuttons for easy start/stop operation
Conformity of standard: IEC 60079-0:2011, IEC 60079-1:2007, IEC
60079-31:2008.
Application:
1. Can be used in hazardous areas: Zone 1 and Zone 2 .
2. Can be used in explosive gas atmospheres of Category IIA and II
B IIC where the temperature classification is T6.
3. Two type of Ex d(IIB) and complex(IIC).
4. Flammable dust atmosphere.
5. Widely using in the fields of oil, chemical industry ,
spaceflight ,war industry and so on.
