SLB-288---SLB-450(Drop Ball Slding Sleeve), WP 5000-10000psi, AISI4140/13Cr

The SLB series drop ball sliding sleeves are used to open and close the tubing and casing annulus in the horizontal barefoot hole, separate zone production at the cased well, or the fracture well completion. This product is set by dropping the ball. Pressurizing the tubing from the surface will open the sliding sleeve, which can be closed by the coiled tubing tool string when necessary.

Features

Large drift diameter design provides sufficient fluid area.
Steel balls of various specifications for the same size tubing enable simultaneous multi-zone production.
Material selection for the body: AISI4140 and 13Cr.
The upper joint is designed with F type profile.
Opens in the downward direction and closes in the upward direction
Material selection for seal units: Teflon, Aflas, Viton, Nitrile and PTFE
All types of threads are available.
