1.1 Equipment constitution

Pay-off machine for Φ630mm bobbin → Dancer → Take up machine (Including the Straightener, Traction and feeding capstan, Flying wheel, Rotation tableup/down and vibrating device, Pail expulse device) → Electrical control system

1.2 Technical parameters

1. Straightener: the horizontal direction of 2 groupsand the vertical direction of 2 groups, each group have 13 killing roller, the killing roller made by 608-2Z bearing.
2. Drum: Dia.is Φ560mm, horizontal installation.
3. Wire feeding mode: wire is wrapped on drum by belt.
4. Pay off mode: 15KW AC motor driving by inverter, constant tension and active feeding wire.
5. Pay-off bobbin outside Dia.: Φ630mm, weight ≤400Kg (We can design Pay-off machine according to customer’s different bobbins).
6. The control part:

1. Using Siemens PLC as the control center and display the data with touch panel.
2. AC motor drive with SIEMENSE inverter.
3. All parameters and speed control with full digital adjustment not use potentiometer.
4. The main low voltage electrical components using Schneider, buttons and relaysusing IDEC.
5. The main pneumatic components are FESTO and made in German.
   1. Air pressure requirement: ≥0.5MPa.
   2. Power: 26KW.
   3. Area covered: 10000×2400×4300mm (Length * width * height), Dimensions of which equipment: 8000×2200×3800mm (Length * width * height).
   4. Weight: about 5T.
