Formaldehyde emission chamber is the machine for non-metal materials,finished product or semi-finished product, such as funiture, wood products, engineered wood, building materials formaldehyde emission test.

Formaldehyde test methode/process

1. Collect the sample from production line;

2. Placed the test sample in pretreat room/chamber (for product surface clean).Simplewell can provide this chamber also.

3. Make the sample according to test standard, then place into fomaldehyde emission chamber. (Time is according to test standard). Simplewell provided

4. Using sampling tube collect the gas from formaldehyde chamber.

5. Using analytical instrument to testing formladehyde content.

6. According to the test standard calculation formula to calculate content of formaldehyde in samples. To check the sample formaldehyde content whether is qualified.
