Machine function:
Position on the round bottle and square bottle to paste OPP, BOPP
and paper labels which are rolling without glue. This machine will
deliver labels automatically, select and cut labels, glue at both
ends of each label, add labels and smooth out labels.
The machine suits for the application of mineral water, beverage,
food, washing and other industries to realize labels-cutting,
glues-coating and labelling for round bottles and square bottle.
Main rotary shaft
The main rotary shaft is comprised of the pressure head rotary
plate and the container rotary platform, which is applicable for
pressing bottles tightly after their positioning in the vertical
direction, and drives bottles to do revolution and rotation for
labeling. The bracket coverplate on the container rotary platform
is required to change in accordance with a different bottle size.
When change the bracket coverplate, loosen the four screws of the
bracket coverplate. For bottles with different diameters, please change the pressure
head.
The pressure head rotary plate is required to adjust properly in
accordance with a different bottle height. Open the left cabinet
door, adjust <the pressure head rotary plate vertical location
adjusting handle wheel> in Figure 7 to allow adjusting the
height of the pressure head rotary plate. Rotate the handle wheel
in the clockwise direction and the pressure head rotary plate down;
vice versa, the pressure head rotary plate up.
1.3.7. Label station adjusting
The Label station adjusting is applicable for adjusting label
location and stability of labeling!
Adjusting of labeling height: release <the Label station
vertical adjusting locking screw>, rotate < the Label station
vertical adjusting locking screw > to allow adjusting Label
station height, to allow adjusting labeling height! Rotate in the
clockwise direction, label position up; vice versa, label position
down.
Label station adjusting in the right-and-left and anteroposterior
direction: release the locking handle screw in the relevant
adjusting direction, rotate the adjusting handle wheel in the
relevant direction to allow adjusting in the right-and-left or
anteroposterior direction! The combination of both directions can
set the labeled bottle, the main shaft, the label drum and the glue
strip at front and above of the label drum in a single straight
line. While that, adjust the anteroposterior adjusting handle wheel
to forward 1mm after the glue strip presses a bottle, to ensure
each label can stick on a bottle rightly. After finish adjusting,
relock the locking screw in the corresponding direction.
