Machine function:
Position on the round bottle and square bottle to paste OPP, BOPP
and paper labels which are rolling without glue. This machine will
deliver labels automatically, select and cut labels, glue at both
ends of each label, add labels and smooth out labels.
The machine suits for the application of mineral water, beverage,
food, washing and other industries to realize labels-cutting,
glues-coating and labelling for round bottles and square bottle.

1.3. Components and construction of machine
1.3.0 A. Front view

1.3.1. Stop rod
The conveying belt is provided with retaining sides which are
bilateral and applicable for positive stop during conveying
bottles. The length between two continuous retaining sides is a
little bigger 1-2mm than bottle diameter or width appropriately.

1.3.3. Star wheel
The feeding star wheel matches the guide panel to convey bottles
which are prepared for labeling on the brackets on the container
rotary platform by a fixed length. For bottles with different diameters, please change the star wheel
and the guide panel!
The output star wheel matches the guide panel to convey bottles
finished with labeling on the brackets on the transport line.
Adjusting of the feeding star wheel: Place a bottle in the star
wheel gullet and the guide panel, release <locking five-star
screw> in the inlet star wheel, run the machine by inching to
make bottles be just onto the brackets at the guide panel outlet,
and lock the corresponding five-star screws.
Adjusting of the output star wheel: Release the locking five-star
screw on the outlet star wheel, run the machine by inching to make
bottles which are guided onto the brackets by the feeding star
wheel through last step be at the star wheel and the guide panel
outlet, keep bottles set in the star wheel gullet, and lock the
corresponding five-star screws.
Changing the star wheel and the guide panel: Remove the locking five-star screws in the star wheel and the
guide panel to disengage the star wheel and the guide panel (if
necessary, raise the pressure-head rotary table, see 1.3.6
<Figure 7>), re-mount the required guide panel, place the
positioning pin properly during mounting, after that re-lock the
corresponding five-star screws. Then set the feeding star wheel and
the output star wheel into the right location and re-lock the
corresponding five-star screws. After finish mounting, follow the
above steps to adjust the feeding star wheel and the output star
wheel.
