Machine function:
Position on the round bottle and square bottle to paste OPP, BOPP
and paper labels which are rolling without glue. This machine will
deliver labels automatically, select and cut labels, glue at both
ends of each label, add labels and smooth out labels.
The machine suits for the application of mineral water, beverage,
food, washing and other industries to realize labels-cutting,
glues-coating and labelling for round bottles and square bottle.
Specific features are shown as following:
1.1.1 The system uses a Siemens micro-computer control with touch
screen on which
the user can click menus directly. It is convenient and visual for
adjusting parameters.
1.1.2 Through changing the feeding screw stem, the star-wheel and
the bracket, the
machine can be applicable for high-speed labelling for various
types of bottles.
1.1.3 The label sensor sensitivity is adjustable, especially
capable of recognizing
and comparing for transparent labels and bottom paper with
different label
transmittance.
1.1.4 The bottle sensor is free outside signal disturbance such as
outside light or ultrasonic with exact verification to ensure
accuracy of labelling.
1.1.5 All components, including the frame, the delivery machine,
the stop rod and
fasteners, are made of stainless steel, aluminium and engineering
plastics, stainless for
ever without pollution. It complies with GMP environment
requirements.
1.1.6 All controlling components of the system are certificated
with international
standards and verified through strict acceptance testing, to ensure
reliability of
various functions.
1.1.7 The machine is provided with an alert function for both work
state and failures,
to make operation and maintenance convenient and secure.
