Machine function:
Position on the round bottle and square bottle to paste OPP, BOPP
and paper labels which are rolling without glue. This machine will
deliver labels automatically, select and cut labels, glue at both
ends of each label, add labels and smooth out labels.
The machine suits for the application of mineral water, beverage,
food, washing and other industries to realize labels-cutting,
glues-coating and labelling for round bottles and square bottle.
2. Equipment safety part
Safety protection: Close the protective door when the equipment is
running to prevent injury to the operator
Out of standard alarm: set the alarm indicator when the label will
be used up to remind the operator to prepare to replace the label
Bottle-missing alarm: When the bottle is missing, the equipment
will be shutdown and alarmed; when there is a bottle, the
production will resume automatically, facilitating the production
of the line
Missing alarm: it is conducive to the control of labeling quality
Air pressure detection: When the air pressure fails to meet the
equipment production requirements, the equipment is shut down to
prevent the production of defective products.
Vacuum detection: When the vacuum degree does not meet the
equipment production requirements, the equipment is shut down to
prevent the production of defective products.
Temperature detection: When the hot melt adhesive temperature does
not meet the equipment production requirements, the equipment
implements shutdown protection to prevent the production of
defective products.
