2 Position 3,5-Port Manual Valves

1.The valves are manual direction control valves
2.They can be used to directly control cylinders or used as the signal valves of some pneumatic components.
3.There are many control types of the valves: push button, toggle lever, push-pull, foot pedal, hand control and hand rotary.
4.Especially the emergency stop valve is used as the emergency stopper of pneumatic equipment due to its short switching stroke.

Pneumatic mechanical valve Function

Pneumatic mechanical valve is a common pipe switch in automatic control system,which is widely used in printing,dyeing,bleaching,video,washing,chemical,water treatment,medicine and other automatic mechanical equipment,with the characteristics of no water stroke,no noise and reliable sealing performance.

An annular groove in which the oil passes through the orifice of the splitter at a given pressure
Then it passes through the tangential groove of the swirl plate and enters the swirl chamber at the center of the vortex, generating high-speed rotational motion
The oil overcomes its viscous force and surface tension under the action of centrifugal force
It is crushed into tiny oil droplets and forms a cone atomizing moment with a certain Angle.
