Ⅳ Technology Process
Extract Vacuum---holding vacuum and adding medicament---open the
pressurizing pump after reaching the liquid level ---maintain the
required pressure to infuse the medicament into the wood cells for
a period of time—pressure unloading—discharge Reagents --- Vacuum
again --- Restoring atmospheric pressure --- Open the tank door and
remove the wood --- Complete
ⅤOur advantages
1. Our equipment automatically controls pressure and vacuum,our
equipment once reach the pressure or fixed vacuum , the pressure
pump or vacuum pump will stop by itself , once lower than the fixed
point, the pumps will start working by automatic control system.
For example ,the power of pressure pump is 5.5kw ,for treat one
circle ,our pump only work 30-60 mins ,for other company's it will
work 120-180mins .
2.-- The material of this machine is Q345R steel, is the special
steel plate for pressure vessel, we purchase from famous Jinan
steel factory.
3. -- Manual quick open door way, advanced open door method, only
one young girl can open the door easily. Double safety device,
automatic safety interlocking device and Manual safety interlocking
device, it solved the safety problem of wrong operation.
4.-- Our machines are equipped with a filtration system that
filters out impurities.
5. -- We have special sewage outlets to prevent the residual
chemicals flowing out, will not pollute the factory floor.
