Brief introduction
YJ-1A-16D automatic dispenser have 16 stianless steel
canisters,control by PC or computer. It can be put PC,or LCD
displayer and keyboard.There is a USB cable to connect the computer
and the dispenser machine. The dispenser machine is driven by our
own software. We can also make our software to work with customer's
color software by the way of reading its formula file.
Features
- Ergonomic and concise design for easy operation. Piston pump
associated with every canister ensure high accuracy, and it's
compatible with water-based colorants. Automatic stirring prevent
colorant drying which blocks the nozzle. Modularization of the
pumps and the canisters to allow for independent disassembly,
repair and replacement.
- Powerful software for input, search, modification and removal of
color formulas, as well as calibration, timed washing and low level
warnings. Driver software use the same Flink.dat file as
CPS/Hero/Lenteq,and Formula.txt file as TECMEC,it’s
compatible with worldwide major color software.

1. How many canisters?
12 , 14 , 16 , 24 caniters for option.
2. Can I use our own color software?
- YIJIU software can read Flink.dat file ( which is the formula
file created by CPS / Hero / Lenteq ) and dispense according to the
data of Flink.dat file.
- If your color software create other formula file rather than the
Flink.dat file, you can send to us for checking if we can make our
YIJIU software to read it.
- If you have no color software, you can manage the formula data in
YIJIU software directly.

5. Which is the maximum weight , volume and sizes of pails can be
placed into the dispenser machine table.
The maximum diameter of the bottom pail:340mm
