Replacement converter for Branson model 902J (101-135-047), for use
with 910IW or IW+ intergrated benchtop welders or 905 or 910 D/M
(500 and 1000 watt) power supplies using actuator or assembly stand
units.
Ultrasonic Converters and Ultrasonic Transducers are one in the
same. There is one Ultrasonic OEM, Dukane Corporation, that uses
the term Transducer. All of the other ultrasonic OEM manufactures
such as Branson, Sonics and Materials, Rinco, Telesonics and
Herrmann refer to these as Converters or Konverters.

Ultrasonic plastic welding process:
Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine is a highly skilled product for
high efficiency, high quality and automation of a new generation of
plastic processing and welding equipment, which integrates
microcomputer, ultrasonic, electronic and mechanical skills.
Ultrasonic welding does not require the addition of any adhesive or
deep agent or heat source when welding plastic workpieces. It has
the advantages of simple operation, fast welding speed, good
welding quality, environmental protection and safety.
The mechanical transmission and electrical control system of the
ultrasonic plastic welding machine is also appropriate. The primary
air compressor feeds the air pressure of about 5KG into the airway
valve, and then the electric control system is used to operate the
reversing valve so that the welding head needs to be lifted and
lowered. The electrical control system also manipulates preload,
trigger ultrasonic and weld hold time. This welding machine can
also be equipped with a professional microcomputer control system
to complete the automatic control of the start, the rise and fall
of the welding head, the triggering of the ultrasonic wave, the
preloading and the welding time, and to calculate, store and select
the best welding of different welding targets. Parameters such as
ultrasonic power, pressure and welding time are ensured to ensure
reliable welding quality.
