Auto –sliding door Air shower control system procedure:
A: From contaminated zone to Clean room area:
1: once the person or cargo arrive the detection area, the entrance
door will be open automatic.
2: when the person or cargo inside of air shower, the door will be
closed automatic according setting time.
3: When the person or cargo arrived the air shower sensor area, but
door will be interlocking and start the self-clean system.(0-90s)
4: After the self –clean system finished working, the exit door
will be open automatic.
5: The person and goods go out of the door, some seconds later the
exit door closed automatic.
The air shower procedure will be back standby state.
B: From clean room area to contaminated :
1: once the person or cargo arrive the detection area, the exit
door will be open automatic.
2: when the person or cargo inside of air shower, the exit door
will be closed automatic according setting time.
3:when the exit door closed , 10s later the entrance door will be
open automatic ,
4; the person and cargo go out of the entrance door, the door will
be closed within setting time.
