Universal problems of solenoid valve

1.solenoid valve wire head loose or thread off:Solenoid valve can not be electricity.So just fasten the thread.

2.The solenoid valve coil burns out:the solenoid valve wire can be removed and measured with a multimeter, if that is open circuit, the solenoid valve coil burned out. The reason is that the coil is damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic flux leakage, resulting in excessive current in the coil and burned. So We have to prevent water into the solenoid valve.

3.Electromagnetic valve stuck: fit clearance between solenoid valve sleeve and movable core is small

4.Leakage: Leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, having Leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, making the mandatory valve opening and closing difficult in the mandatory valve opening and closing.because of the seal gasket damage or sliding valve wear and tear resulting in several cavities channeling gas.
