Feauture and characteristic
1.Three way two positon normally closed solenoid stem/Plunger tube
assembly.This type of solenoid armature has three ports and Two
position including the input and the output.
2.This item use mental material-stainless steel/SS304 except the
NBR Seal.
SS304: 304 stainless steel is a common stainless steel material,
7.93 g/cm 3 density, also known as 18/8 stainless steel industry.
High temperature resistance , with good processing performance,
high toughness characteristics, widely used in industrial and
furniture decoration industry and food and medical industry.
NBR: has good resistance to mineral oils, vegetable oils,
benzene/petrol, ordinary diluted acids and alkaline.
3.With male thread in the top place of armature,connecting the
solenoid coil/solenoid coil housing by fitting the thread.
4.Has circular Thread Seat as the connection as well.
5.The plunger and spring is a bit little uncommon.External spring
and interior spring coexist,providing enough spring force when
de-energized and hold the solenoid stem easily.Plunger shape is
different from the common plunger.Except the NBR seal in the top
and bottom,there are four grooves and one vent in the surface of
the plunger.And the shape of bottom of the plunger is similar to a
fan.
Application and purpose
1.Mainly used for solenoid coil.A part of the solenoid
valve/solenoid armature/pneumatic solenoid valve
2,After assembling,The pneumatic solenoid valve controls the
movement of the valve body to stop or leak out different oil
drainage holes, and the oil intake hole is normally open. Hydraulic
oil will enter different oil drainage pipes. And drive the piston
cylinder through the pneumatic solenoid valve oil pressures.

The advantages and disadvantages of pneumatic solenoid valve
1.In vacuum, negative pressure, zero pressure can work normally,
but the diameter is generally not more than 25 mm.
2.It can also be operated at zero differential pressure or vacuum
or high voltage, but the power is large, so it must be installed
horizontally.
3.The upper limit of fluid pressure range is high, and can be
installed arbitrarily (to be customized) but must meet the fluid
pressure differential conditions.
