Production descriptions:
1) It is used for PP ,PE film etc soft material recycling and
pelletizing;
2) High compression design of the screw and conical structure;
3) According to the detailed plastics,double stage extruder can be
adopted.(optional type :with conveying belt,with spiral loader,
with water ring hot cut.).
This pelletizing machine is composed by SJP series conical
twin-screw extruder and correspondingly pelletizing auxiliary
equipment.
The pellets produced by this line are even ,solid,elegance.
The conical pelletizer auxiliary equipment includes water ring
cutter,vibration separating and cooling unit,with features of high
automation auxiliary equipment includes water ring cutter,air
transferring unit,vibration separating and cooling unit with
