the workpiece. Generally speaking, CNC Tapping Center is designed
to do 3 functions including cutting, drilling and tapping which
make CNC tapping maching more efficiency than other machining
center. Lightweight features make it faster to do drilling and
tapping.
Taesin use the mature machine design and wider saddle. And there
exists rib-reinforced structure in the headstock column. For
supporting spindle well, the contact length between the spindle
headstock and column is appropriate.
Taesin CNC Tapping Machine use 16T or 24T magazine with faster tool
exchange time and accuracy. Two piece shield design can reduce the
noise and impact while machining.
The rigid and huge column can provide 60m/min rapid traverse rate
without deformation. The large span base has 6 point support which
can provide solid structure, rapid traverse, anti-vibration and
uneasy to deform. Low inertia spindle can make the machine more
stable and tool exchange accurate. CNC Tapping Machine is also
suitable for small hole processing. The use of servo motor for all
the axis and human-friendly interface make the machine easy to
operate.
In order to make higher productivity, we make the tool exchange
time shorter and optimal structure design to achieve non-stop
cutting. The direct drive servo motor can bring backlash free,
accuracy and efficient axis move.
