Production descriptions:
The cooling water tank is generally divided into 2~4 sections and
is about 2~3 meters long. Generally, it is fed into tap water or
circulates through the heat changer as the cooling medium.The water
level in the tank completely submerged the material.
When the material is discharged from cooling set, it is not cooled
to room temperature completely. If it does not continue to cool,
the temperature gradient in the direction of its wall thickness and
diameter will increase the temperature of the original cooling
surface, causing deformation.The cooling trough is then tasked with
cooling the material to room temperature as much as possible.
