The ZT-N twin-screw gearbox is engineered in accordance with the
latest ISO1328 standard for cylindrical gears with spherical
involute profiles. Leveraging our extensive experience and
expertise in twin-screw extrusion technology, this gearbox is
designed with advanced global concepts and holds fully independent
intellectual property rights. It is specifically tailored for
co-rotating twin-screw extruders.
All gears are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength
carburizing alloy steel. Following precision carburizing and
quenching processes, the gear teeth are finished using imported
grinding machines to ensure exceptional accuracy and surface
quality. The gear geometry is optimized to meet the specific
demands of twin-screw extruders—minimizing root stress and
enhancing contact surfaces.
We have significantly enhanced resistance to flexural and fatigue
stresses, while optimizing the width-to-diameter ratio for improved
mechanical performance. Advanced heat treatment techniques are also
