employees. Owns three plastic sheet factories, one plastic
products factory and hundreds of cooperative
manufacturers. It covers an area of 50000 m², plastic sheet
factories have 10 calendering lines, 3 advanced PET
multiple extrusion sheet lines and single extrusion sheet line.
Also it has 2 slicing laminating machines and 2 slitting
machines.
Plastic products factory is equipped with multiple auto precise
sheet machine, auto precise vacuum forming
machine, precise hydraulic cutting machine, glue machine
and auto precise CNC die cutting machine etc. It has 15000
tons of production capacity and more than 50 million US
dollars of output value per year. It has passed ISO9001 with
strict QC system from selecting suppliers, inspecting raw
material, monitoring production process and testing
product. Fullstar is the supplier of Panasonic, TDK, TPK, Adidas,
Foxconn, Top Star, Hilight, AUO etc.
Our main products are plastic sheet &film and plastic
product. They're produced by PVC, APET, PETG, GAG, PC, PP and
PS materials etc, which covers vacuum forming grade & antistatic
grade & fold mold grade & window grade & antifogging grade etc.
Products have passed SGS, RoHS, etc. especially APET sheet has
passed food certificate – FDA. Main market is mainland China, Europe,
Asia, Africa, the Middle East, etc.
