Sperm Vitality Kit for Determination of Sperm Vitality Eosin-Nigrosin Staining Male Infertility Test

The kit is mainly used for evaluating the sperm vitality in human semen, while verify the membrane structure and functional completeness of immotile sperm.

Test principle:

Eosin-nigrosin staining: After the sperm die, the permeability of membrane increases, and the Eosin-Y staining then can penetrate and stain the sperm red, while the live spermatozoa will not be stained. The black background formed by nigrosin would make the staining difference between dead and live spermatozoa much more observable.

Main compositions

Eosin-nigrosin solution 3 vial 7.5ml 2.5ml/vial containing Eosin-Y and Eosin-nigrosin

150 tests per kit and meet the need of batch testing.

Storage conditions:

The kit should be kept out of sun and stored at the temperature of 2~8° C.
After the opening of hypoosmotic swelling solution, it shall be subpackaged and stored at -20° C.

The kit should be stored at the temperature of 2~8° C, with a use life of one year. Once unpacked, it could be stored for 45 days at 2~8° C.
