Drip irrigation is today's need because Water-nature's gift to mankind is not unlimited and free forever. World water resources are fast diminishing. The one and only answer to this problem is the drip irrigation systems.

The drip irrigation pipe is widely used in water saving irrigation field, such as vegetables, flowers and trees. This line can produce this kind of inline round drip irrigation pipe continuously with high speed, steady thickness distribution, high dripper inerting frequency and high precise hole punching.

Features of Pipe Production Line:

1) Optimized on thousands of high speed pipe extrusion and co-extrusion technologies and going through several key improvements, this independently developed drip pipe line has become the most reliable pilot model with the highest speed among domestic similar ones.

2) Extruder is specially designed according to the processed material features, which can perfectly process both virginal material and recycled material.

3) Dripper screening & sorting adopts centrifugal screening system, with advantages of high screening accuracy, high sorting speed, high dripper identifying speed, etc., which precisely ensures the sufficient dripper supply during high speed production.

4) As per different pipe wall thickness and dripper types, the most matured technical solution will be provided for the clients. Series of advanced technologies are applied in the whole production process, from dripper sorting & inserting, dripper sticking, haul-off, punching hole inspection to finial pipe winding, which ensures the drip pipe can be produced with high stable speed.

5) Standard offered automatic pipe winding machine has intelligent functions of auto traversing, reel changing, etc. There is no need for manual intervention.
