Genset Control Panel 1000A For Two Or More Generator Sets
Synchronous Running
SHX full auto synchronous control system has auto synchronization
and auto parallel operation for each genset:
- When one genset is running on load, if the load is close to 80% of
rated load (adjustable), send signal of genset adding
automatically, standby genset starts up automatically, and parallel
operation automatically after auto synchronization, distribute
active load automatically and averagely, distribution difference is
less than ±10%.
- When one genset is running on load, if the genset has fault, the
system will disconnect the faulty genset automatically and send
signal of genset adding automatically, standby genset starts up
automatically, switch on and supply power.
- When two gensets are running, the total load less than 20%
(adjustable), the system will send signal of genset decrease,
standby genset unload and disconnect, shut down automatically after
maintained running.
Operation:
1. Starting up one of gensets manually, switching on after running
normally.
2. After that, starting up the second genset, put the switch to on
position, at the moment the system detects automatically and
control parameters of two gensets, including voltage, phase
sequence, frequency and phase position, when it achieves condition
of parallel operation, the system will bring in the second genset
to parallel running automatically.
3. After parallel connection of two gensets, no matter how does the
load change during running, the system will distribute active load
and reactive load automatically according to the size of gensets,
the distribution difference is less than +10%.
4. When gensets are in synchronous running, it can quit one genset
through the order of “unload”, transit the load of this genset
smoothly to another genset, and then switch off, shut down after
time delay, which can avoid damage of genset due to load and unload
suddenly.
