The factory was established since 2002, located in Zhengzhou, Henan
province, China, covers an construction area around 80,000 square
meters, there are about 150 employees and factory total asset more
than 50 million dollars. The factory has been certified by ISO9001
and CE, and was awarded as Top Ten Enterprise of Management by
Machine Tool Association of China.
The factory has more than 260 sets advanced manufacturing
equipments including GRU28×60 gantry machining center, TH65100×100B
double exchange workbench horizontal machining center, MM52160×6000
and MM52160×8000 slide-way grinding machines and globally
recongnized testing equipments such as Renishaw laser
interferometer and prismo navigator etc.
The main products are mainly in four series with annual production
capacity more than 1000 sets:
1st series is Conventional Engine Lathe (swing diameters
400-3600mm);
Conventional Face Lathe.
2nd series is CNC Horizontal Lathe (swing diameters 400-3600mm)
and CNC Roll Turning Lathe Machine(CK8450; CK8465; CK8480;
CK84125);
and CNC Face Lathe.
3rd series is Oil Country Pipe Lathe (spindle bore 130-520mm);
4th series is CNC Pipe Lathe (spindle bore 130-520mm);
5th series is Facing Lathe(swing diameter from 1000-3600mm);
6th series is deep hole drilling and boring machine;
7th series is Plano miller;
8th series is our new products: Pole erection machine with post hole
digger & Dust Control Fog Cannon.
