1 . Descriptions:
This fabric is one kind of cationic fabric . It is 75D*150D and
100%P faint resistant outdoor fabric . Also it is 2/1 weft twill
waterproof . And its yarn count is 75D*150D . It is finished with PD ,WF and coating . Also ,we can do other
finishing if you want to obtain its functions , just like
coating,lamination or tricot.
After this , it can be made waterproof and windproof . This fabric
is always used to product winter wear ,sports wear and etc.
2 . Specifications:
The biggest advantage of coating clothing is that it feels silky,
waterproof and easy to clean. The consumer group of coating

coat fabric at present , i.e., the rolling method, melting method
and knife method. Knife method represents the most advanced coating
fabric processing technology. The performance of product has
obvious advantages in many ways more than other processes method in
the production of products. So our process of coating is knife
coating process.
Generally speaking, the weaving of base cloth, the preparation of
slurry and the control of production process are the key factors
for the quality of the products of knife scraping coating. As the
base cloth determines the strength of the product, and the
production speed of the tool scraping coating is fast and the width
is wide, so any fault of the base cloth quality will lead to the
