Product Introduction
Products of SFM series are portable processing equipment for
cutting, beveling and end prefabrication of various pipes, with
which cutting and beveling can be conducted at the same time. With
an R&D history of nearly one hundred years, the product can
process pipes or casings accurately, continuously and vertically.
Specifications
We have three drive modes and they also have different technical
parameters. The air requirements are 2-3m³/min. The hydraulic
requirements are 65L/min, 10mpa. The electric requirements are
220V/AC. We adopt the star wheel system with 0.08mm/r feed amount.
The finish is anodizing sand blasting. We have different packaging
methods such as aluminum alloy, metal packing case or wooden box
according to the different models of split frame machines.

Tool Slides
| Spring tool slide | It is used to track the surface of out-of-round pipes, which can
greatly save installation, adjustment and cutting time. It can
quickly and automatically track the system to ensure even feed, and
can keep standard wall thickness of large diameter counterbore when
combined with counterbore tool slide. |
Thick-wall tool slide
| It can be applied to SFM 0206 to 4248 with stroke of 64 mm; It can be used in large-size pipes and pipes with different wall
thicknesses. |
| Drilling and milling tool slide | Achieve pipe cutting by using the drilling and milling. High-strength tool slide, smooth cutting and simple operation. |
| Internal boring tool slide | It is suitable for pipeline internal boring. |
| Bridge type tool slide | It is suitable for pipeline internal boring and single point
