Top drive drilling device is a new type of drilling device which is
used to replace the traditional drilling equipment. It moves the
power part of the drilling machine from the lower rotary table to
the upper tap of the drilling machine and directly drives the
rotary drilling of the drilling tool. It is a combination of
machine, electricity and liquid. It is the leading technology and
equipment in petroleum drilling nowadays. The advantages of the top

It can save 20% - 40% drilling time and ensure the safety of
operation, especially in drilling deviated wells, horizontal wells
and highly difficult directional wells.
The direct drive top drive developed by our company has a high
safety factor of 3, which is superior to the design requirements
stipulated in APl Spec 8C standard. It has a strong overload
capacity during drilling operation.
Gearless transmission mechanism, driven by motor directly into the
spindle, can provide higher torque noise, no gear fault,
transmission of energy loss to reduce the building maintenance
convenience.
The permanent magnet synchronous torque servo motor is used. The
effective power is more than 90%.
The center of gravity of the whole structure of the top drive keeps
the same, so that there is no friction between the top drive and
the slideway due to the bias, and the service life of the pulley is
increased. ,
The structure is simplified, the weight is reduced, the effective
lifting of the swimming system is ensured, and the wear and tear of
the steel wire rope, bearing and other parts are reduced.
