Cold Pipe Cutting And Beveling Machine Introduction
This pipe cutting and beveling machine is effective, ideal and
reliable solution to precisely square cut and bevel for all types
of metal pipes/tubes. All saw-bladed pipe cutters with precise,
square and clean cut, which save any additional preparation work on
the cut-off face for orbital welding.

Cold Pipe Cutting And Beveling Machine Tools
We have two types of cutting tools: clip-type cutting tools and
ordinary cutting tools.
And we also have two types of beveling tools: clip-type beveling
tools and ordinary beveling tools. As we all know, the tool is a
fragile item. So we have also upgraded the tool several times in
order to meet the customer needs. The clip-type tools can
effectively save costs and extend tool life.
Tool Slides
■ Thick-wall tool slide (conventional): It can be used to SFM
models from 0206 to 4248 with stroke of 64 mm; It can be used in
large-size pipes and pipes with different wall thicknesses.
■ Spring tool slide: It is used to track the surface of
out-of-round pipes, which can greatly save installation, adjustment
and cutting time. It can quickly and automatically track the system
to ensure continuous truncated edge, and can even keep standard
wall thickness of large diameter counterbore when combined with
counterbore slide.
■ Drilling and milling tool slide (only for hydraulic): it can
achieve pipe cutting by using the drilling and milling. It is a
high-strength tool slide, smooth cutting and simple operation.
Routine Maintenance
Timely maintenance can extend the life of the machine and make the
machine process high-quality bevel. Therefore, keeping good using
and maintenance habits are strongly recommended in the daily use.
