Product Description
The Cross flow (mixed flow) closed cooling tower has remarkable
characteristics such as prevention of scaling, convenient
maintenance and so on.Especially suitable for high temperature
fluids (such as more than 80) or a larger temperature difference
(e.g. 60-35) of fluid cooling.Such as large central air
conditioning screw unit, vacuum furnace, air compressor, 600KW or
more complete sets of equipment, blast furnace, continuous casting,
chemical, electric power, energy, etc..
Working principle:
The counter flow closed cooling tower has the characteristics of
simple structure, compact structure, small occupation area and so
on.Especially suitable for low temperature or small temperature
difference between the fluid cooling.Such as: medium frequency
power supply, 600KW frequency furnace equipment, central air
conditioning, compression type refrigerator etc..
The heat of water is transferred by coil and become the saturated
vapor when meet the water and air .The heat is exhausted out of the
tower by the top fan,and the water is blocked back to the water
collecting trough and circulates continuously.The spray water is
cooled down through the PVC radiation fin in the process of
circulation to reduce the temperature of water.
