Gantry type welding manipulator specially designed for offshore
wind tower,monopile,foundation, jacket and so on large scale job
out seam welding.
Description of gantry welding manipulator:
- Gantry welding manipulator is used to manipulate the welding kits.
It is able to position the weld torch to required position for
welding in a stable and secure manner.
- Mainly used by SAW welding method for high efficiency high quality
welding.
- Depends on requirement, single arc single wire, dual arc dual wire
or triple arc triple wire avaiable .
- Widly used in offshore wind tower industry for tube tower, jackt,
monopile and so on job fabrication.

- Platform lift up/down suitable for different diameter monopile/wind
tower size.
- Motorized trolley at bottom driving the manipulator travel on the
rail for different length job welding.
- Designed and robustly build to withstand rugged work environments.
- All vertical and horizontal guidings are precisely machined for
smooth movement.
- Solid state inverter for variable speed of horizontal travel and
travel carriage.
- Worm gearbox for vertical travel via AC motor, complete with brake
for added safety.
- IP54 pendant control station using low voltage on the generous 6m
cable.
- Anti-fall device and limit switches for all motions.
