Principle:
Biological Air Sampler is a kind of high effective air sampler. It
is designed according to the principle of multi jet holes particle
impact and isokinetic sampling. And it gets the consistence of
animalcule more accurately. When sampling, airborne particles will
impact on agar surface of substrate utensil through tiny holes;
after incubation of the agar plate, colonies can be counted and
identified.

How to use:
1: Soak medical absorbent cotton in 75% ethanol, and use it to swab
air sampler surface, Petri dish pedestal and sampling head et al.
2: Start the sampler and let it work not less than 5 minutes,
making above mentioned disinfector residue evaporate.
3: According to cleanliness requirements to set sampling
parameters, then put Petri dish (with medium) inside, and cover the
multi-hole sampling head.
4: Put the air sampler on flat surface 0.8-1.5m above the ground,
and then start it begin sampling.
