PRODUCT NAME: XVME-531
The XVME-531 Analog Output Module is a powerful, double-high,
VMEbus-compatible 12-bit Digital/Analog I/O module. This module
provides your VME system with the capability of outputting voltage
or current over any of 16 independent analog output channels. Each
channel can be separately configured for a variety of voltage or
current output operations. The XVME-531 supports simultaneous
multichannel output.
The XVME-531 is available in two different versions. The XVME-531/1
is a voltage-only analog output module that supports both unipolar
and bipolar output. Supported voltage ranges include 0-10 volts, ±5
volts and ±10 volts.
The XVME-531/2 can be configured for both voltage and current
outputs. In addition to the voltage ranges sup- ported by the
XVME-531/1, a 4-20 mA current output is also available. The
XVME-531/2 provides isolation to 500 volts.
Both models provide adjustable offset and gain, and are accurate to
a maximum overall error of 0.5 LSB for voltage and ±.66 LSB for
current. The XVME-531 module conforms to the Xycom Automation
standard I/O architecture.
