1.Q: What's your MOQ?
A: 1 Piece.
2. Q: How long can I get reply after send inquiry?
A: All inquires will be replied within 1 hour except sleeping time
in China. And you may call us at any time.
3. Q: How is your company payment?
A: We accept T/T.We need 30% deposit after we got PO, and 50%
balance before we deliver parts.
B: We send pictures for confirmation before sending out.
4. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is generally 3-7 days. Or according to the
quantity.
5. Q: How soon can I get sample ?
A: Generally sample can be sent out within 7days after product
drawing confirmed by both side.
6.Q:What information should I give to you for inquiry?
A: Please send your drawings such as PDF ,IGS,Step files or samples
,and tell us your demands of product such as
material,tolerance,surface treatments and the quantity ,etc.
7.Q: If I don't have drawing, how can I get sample ?
A: If you don't have any drawing, you can send us your sample, we
will scan it and make CAD drawing first, then make sample for you.
