2.Feature of BAPC220059002

2.1,There is sprial in the top of stem-plunger tube which to fit the solenoid coil and solenoid housing.Below the sprial,that's a place welded by laser.Below that, is 59.0mm height tube.And in the bottom,there are circular base and bottom sprial.

2.2,The inner of stem-plunger tube has a mark because of laser solder technolgy and between the mark and bottom is smooth tube surface,in the end of the tube surface,we use a little brass.

2.3,We use the inner spring with the plunger.In the surface of plunger,has two groove with a hole. In the moment of the power failure of the solenoid valve, the force flowing into the valve core from the hole in the valve core and the force of the spring can quickly close the valve core to ensure the accuracy and safety.

2.4,In the bottom of plunger is a seal layer to ensure the good tightness.

2.5, After each part machining, we wash them by ultrasonic to remove oil, bur, and achieve nice apperance

2.6,After assembling, we test leakage and noise and function 100% pieces
