Application
Container corner castings could not only protect container from
locking each other, but also could help shipping container to
connect other structures under the function of container twist
locks and container bridge clamps. And each corner will place one
container corner casting,so for each set, totally 8 corner castings
will be fitted(2 bottom left, 2 bottom right, 2 top left and 2 top
right). Normally, top corner has larger hole on front face.Here Fly
foundry produces container corner castings with investment casting
process to meet ISO standard.
Container corner castings from Sunrise foundry could meet various
shipping containers, such as dry cargo container, reefer container,
open top container, tank container, bulk cargo container, etc. Such
corner castings could be made according to clients' drawing or
sample. Material of container corner castings could be alloy steel
or stainless steel.
