Brief Introducion:
Bridge girder gantry crane is a specially designed for bridge construction of a gantry crane.Truss girder gantry crane is mainly composed of main girder, leg,
crown, etc, with pin shaft and high-strength bolt connections
between components, easy to tear open outfit, transportation;Compared with the ordinary gantry crane, installation fast and
convenient, economical and practical.
Working way:
Option 1: Two sets cranes work together to lift 1pcs concrete
beam.(Each crane lift capacity is 450ton)
Option 2: One set crane work alone to lift 1pcs concrete beam( The
crane max lift capacity is 900 ton)
It applies to offten using road and bridge construction unit. It main applies to move the concrete bridge girder, precast slab,
precast slab from one place to another place.This type of gantry
crane divides into two type:one is rail-way type, the other is
rubber tyred type.
Technical Parameters:
1.There is a lower speed for the running and lifting speed to keed
the accuracy of the coonections between concrete beams.
2. There should be enough room inside the concrete beam lifting
crane to meet the demands of the installations of the concrete beam
and bridge construction devices.
3.It should be convenient for the transportation of assemble and
disassemble on the principle of high strength and product quality.
4. When 2 sets cranes working together to lift 1pcs concrete beam,
the two cranes should lifting and running at same time and
disctance.
