Mouth smoking cigarettes, also known as Snus, smoke free cigarettes, is a new variety of tobacco products.

It's a smokeless tobacco, so It does not produce smoke, it is much more healthier than cigarettes, and it does not affect others, also not subject to smoking restrictions, so it is an ideal substitute for cigarettes.

1.Material pulverizer

The pulverizer makes use of the relative motion between the movable tooth disk and the fixed tooth disk to crush the material through tooth impact, friction and impact between the materials

2.Three-stage disk vibrating screen

The vibrator of the screen drives the vibrating screen together to perform the directional jumping movement. The material smaller than the aperture of the screen surface falls to the lower layer through the screen hole and becomes the material under the screen. The material larger than the aperture of the screen surface is discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping movement.

Different diameters of screen particles are obtained by using different diameters of screen hole .

3.material mixing and preloading equipment

Manually add weighied materials. The stirring motor drives the mixier shaft for material mixing. Various ingredients are added into the batching tank through metering pump for metering and feeding, ultilizing the high pressure air to increase the atomization of the feed liquid, so that the ingredients can be evenly sprayed on the surface of the material while stirring. The way of discharging is manually rotate the handwheel to make the material box discharge material. And if the material discharge is not completely, manual assistance discharge is necessary.

4.Horizontal Fermenter

Horizontal double spiral mixing, can efficiently and fully mix the material.

6.Snus secondary packing machine
