This machine is suitable for the related torque test of various products. NB shaft, mobile phone (single shaft torque, finished product torsion life test), LCD monitor foot, rotary switch torque test and torque life test. It is easy to set up with Windows Chinese Windows screen.

Machine characteristics

*The machine is driven by a servo motor to provide high-precision torque test.

*The test conditions are set by the computer screen and can be stored.

* Directly test the change in torque value at each angle (torque-angle curve change diagram).

* At the same time, the torque-angle curve and the torque decay life curve are displayed.

* Can store and print graphics (torque-angle graph and torque decay life graph, inspection report).

* The inspection report is automatically printed and can be exported or directly output via the network.

*The upper and lower limits of the test can be entered. If the machine exceeds the specification, the machine will stop automatically.

* Torque value can be set: positive torque, reverse torque, positive torque + reverse torque.

* Test the direction of travel: forward to forward, forward to go + return. Reverse run, reverse run + return. Forward to go + reverse course + forward return.
