1. Hepa box description

Traditional HEPA Unit is bald, it diffuse the air unevenly, make the air current in whirlpool. So dust can't be brought out by the air current, this will cause a bad effect to the purification for the clean room, and the cost also will be high. We had worked over for a long time to improve this weakness and then design this newest HEPA Unit. The structure can produce perfect air current and bring out the dust from the clean room in maximum, but the air current is still even. It is more effective to improve the purification than before.

2.Hepa box Feature

Efficient air outlets are available in I and II series. Series I is in the form of replaceable filters, and Series II is in the form of disposable air outlets, all under the air supply.

High-efficiency air outlet Series I: The air outlet consists of a high-efficiency filter, a high-quality thin steel plate, and an aluminum alloy diffuser orifice plate. It is easy to install, reliable in sealing, and can easily replace the filter. Take over the way can be connected or flanking.

High-efficiency air outlet series II: ultra-thin and thin type. All are primary air outlets, which are easy to replace (only need to remove the clamps of the soft joints between the air supply duct and the air outlet). This series is particularly suitable for the purification of air conditioning systems with limited ceiling space. The main advantages: simple and reliable box structure, strong ventilation, uniform air supply, easy installation and easy maintenance.

3.Hepa box structure

1). The box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the outer surface is electrostatically sprayed and dispensed with diffuser plates.

2). Compact structure, reliable sealing performance, side air inlet and top inlet air in the air inlet, and square and round flange structure.

3). When the clean room is limited by the civil construction height or when a compact design must be adopted, an integrated high-efficiency filter air outlet may be used.
