Steel Channel

Light steel keel is a new type of building material. With the development of modernization in China, light steel keels are widely used in hotels, terminal buildings, bus stations, stations, playgrounds, shopping malls, factories, office buildings, and old buildings. Renovation, interior decoration, ceiling and other places.

There are two kinds of structures for the ceiling keel. The middle and small keels are close to the big keel, and the bottom hangs (that is, not in the same horizontal plane) is called double-layer structure; the upper and middle keels are at the same level, or there is no big keel directly hanging in the middle keel. Single layer construction, the latter only for light ceilings.

The Type of Steel Channel

Shanghai Xicheng Hardware Manufacturing Co.,Ltd established in 2007, specialized in manufacturing access panel, drywall connection accessories, stamping / punching parts and industrial hardware. These two years we also started to develop industrial hardware which is used for automobile and electricity machines. Our factory is located in Fengxian, Shanghai, around one hour to Shanghai airport and city center by car. We have more than 10 years-experience in this field. Apart from our production base, since last year we start sourcing for our customers of related products as a service work.

Our factory is middle sized, with more than 60-80 well-trained workers and 4000 square meters workshop. With our strong technical team, we have realized automatic and half automatic production for access panel and metal stamping parts, even some assembly works and packing works. Construction-using hardware are our main products; including access panel, inspection trapdoor, air ventilation grille, spring clips, drywall accessories, metal bracket and all kinds of hardware assembly parts. With complete testing system, we test almost our products by ourselves to ensure that quality standards are maintained. Our factory is ISO9901 certified.
