Installation Steps
1. Fix the position and draw the correct size on the plasterboard.
2. Drill a rough hole matching the access hole on the plasterboard;
3. Place the access hole at the rough hole;
4. Fix the first fastener/screw to the frame, check and align with the hole, and then apply the second screw;
5. Open the door several times to check the flexibility;
6. Put multiple screws on the frame;
7. Especially the corner must be marked with screws;
8. The installation is complete;
9. Close the access port;

Packing, Storage, Transportation, Service

Color box, label, special box, carton and pallet can be provided according to customer request. Our warehouse is dry and clean, goods are well kept. The container can be loaded directly into our factory. Sometimes per customer’s request, we help them souring some goods, or customer purchase by themselves. These out-side purchased items can group together with ourselves produced item and keep in our warehouse, and loading together.

Our factory is middle sized, with more than 60-80 well-trained workers and 4000 square meters workshop. With our strong technical team, we have realized automatic and half automatic production for access panel and metal stamping parts, even some assembly works and packing works. Construction-using hardware are our main products; including access panel, inspection trapdoor, air ventilation grille, spring clips, drywall accessories, metal bracket and all kinds of hardware assembly parts. With complete testing system, we test almost our products by ourselves to ensure that quality standards are maintained. Our factory is ISO9901 certified.
