1. Return air grille vent cover description
Construction:
· Frame: High quality extruded aluminum alloy(A6063) profile with
30mm flange as standard.
· Blades: Aerofoil blades in 45° from aluminum profile
· Blades spacing: 35mm as standard
· Support pipe: 8mm diameter aluminum pipe
Description:
· Fresh air louver is composed of frame and horizontal blades
assembly, manufactured from high quality extruded aluminum profiled
construction with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
· Blades are set at angle of 45° with 30mm spacing, and fixed to
the inner frame by rivets and support pipe.
· Total structure is weather proofed and blades are inclined down
wards to protect against rain water.
· Structure provides around 45% effective pressure area .
Surface Finish:
· Powder coated color finish as per RAL color----standard color:
RAL9016, 9010
· Natural anodized aluminum finish
2.Double deflection grille features:
1), double adjustable blade, can get different air supply distance
and different diffusion angle
2), can be used as air outlet
3), optional aluminum or iron production
4), can be used with the regulating valve
3.Return air grille vent cover adhibition
1).Widely used in air conditioning system as air outlet, according
to the requirements, the air outlet can be prepared behind the
aluminum air flow control valve (Hue word gate), double louver air
outlet with two layers of vertical pages to adjust the horizontal
and vertical page angle, adjust Air diffuser surface, to change the
range, the air outlet frame width has two kinds of wide frame and
narrow frame, can be used for special requirements of the
ventilation system.
2). Usually installed on the pipe or side wall as a side air
outlet. The double louver air outlet has two movable blades with
adjustable angle. The short blades are used to adjust the spread
angle of the air supply air, and can also be used to change the
direction of air flow; The blades can make the supply air flow
attached to the ceiling or tilt down at a certain angle (when
heating the air). The outer blades of a double shutter air outlet
or the blades of a single louver air outlet can be parallel to the
long side or parallel to the short side , can choose according to
the customer's request.
