What does Temper H34 mean?
1. "H" stands for "Strain-Hardened", where strength is obtained by
cold work.
2. The first digit following an H indicates the specific operations
OR processes:
H3 – Strain-Hardened and stabilized.
3. The second digit following an H indicates the degree of
strain-hardening:
H x 4 indicates Half hard
