Stainless Steel Insulation Anchor Pins With 22mm Dome Cap Washers
for Blankets
The Lacing anchor, an insulation fastener, is a fabricated metal
anchor consisting of a pin and tabbed, or hooked, washer.
Stainless Steel is a popular material while some Lacing Anchors are
made in Mild Steel. Stamped "no ab" to denote 'no
asbestos', the tabbed head is 7/8" in diameter. The nail can be 12
gauge or 14 gauge in pin diameter. Typical application is
for the fabrication of lacing blankets or removable covers with the
anchor assisting in fabricating the blanket plus providing
a "seam edge" for lacing two sides of the finished insulation
blanket together.

Materials: stainless steel or galvanized steel
Pin Diameter: Standard size is 12GA (2.7mm), 14GA(2.0mm), Other
sizes are available by special order.
Pin Length: 2-1/2" and 4-1/2" are standard. Other lengths available
by special order.
Washers: Self-locking washers are available in a variety of sizes,
shapes, and materials.
Domed Caps can also be used to cover the tip of the nail.

1) US standard
The head diameter is 1 inch,
the pin diameter is 10Ga,
the length we have 1/2inch, 3/4 inch, 7/8 inch, 1 inch, 1-1/8inch,
1-1/2 inch 2 inch
Products will be packed by bucket or packed per customer’s
requirement etc
We usually pack the US standard weld pins by bucket we will pack
different quantity for different size

2) EU standard
The head diameter is 30mm,
the pin diameter is 2.7mm,
there are many different length for EU market,
the length we manufactured-22mm, 27mm, 28mm, 32mm 42mm, 48mm 58mm
60mm 100mm
Some customer will need kraft paper under head,
some customer will need a plastic sleeve on pin,
some customer will need both of them,
we can manufacture per customer’s requirement
3) Australia standard
People in Australia will need the US standard or EU standard weld
pins, someone will need the 14Ga pin.
The mostly of length in Australia is 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm.
Lacing anchors marked NO AB to notify the blanket is asbestos free
Available diameters : 2 mm (14 ga) and 2,7 mm (12 ga)
Pins length : 63 mm (2 1/2") and 114 mm (4 1/2")

1: prepare the insulation blanket or removable cover
2: press the lacing anchor through the insulation
3: press the self locking washer into the pin to fasten the
insulation
4: bend over or clip off the pin
5:install the insulation blanket or removable cover
6: Lace the hook by lacing tie in order to fasten the insulation.

Dome Cap Washers
Dome washers are designed to be used where appearance and safety
are factors when installing insulation, or fabricating
blankets or pads. The washers are used to cover the nail point on
weld pins, hangers, lacing anchors
& quilt pins.
